Brand growth and product launch


Here are some examples of content I created for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Terrashroom is a high-end technology startup developing innovative mushroom-growing systems. When I joined the team, the product had not yet launched, and my primary responsibility was to grow awareness, build credibility, and create the marketing infrastructure that would prepare the company for launch. As the sole marketing hire, I was responsible for every stage of the brand’s identity and outreach, while collaborating closely with the CEO and head engineer to align marketing efforts with product development.
One of my first initiatives was to create a comprehensive brand kit using Figma. This included typography, iconography, color palettes, and frequently used design elements that could serve as the foundation for all communications.
The brand kit not only gave Terrashroom a cohesive and professional identity but also provided a scalable system for future content creation. From packaging inserts to social posts, every touchpoint was rooted in this consistent visual language.
With the brand identity established, I turned my focus to building awareness across multiple platforms. I developed and executed a content strategy for LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok — tailoring content to suit the tone and audience of each channel. On LinkedIn, I positioned Terrashroom as a cutting-edge startup in the food tech space, posting updates about product milestones and company progress. On Reddit, I participated in relevant communities to introduce Terrashroom’s vision in a conversational way. On Instagram and TikTok, I showcased both product design and educational mushroom-growing content, creating a balance of authority and approachability.

These are some examples of videos I created for social media. I found that I struggled creating content for a mushroom company, however, when I really sat with my ideas I found I could get really creative with it.
To amplify visibility, I also worked on influencer and community outreach. I collaborated closely with the head engineer to stay up to date on product development, which allowed me to accurately highlight new features and innovations in marketing content. Together, we ideated what to include in curated boxes for influencers and early adopters, ensuring that the unboxing experience reinforced both product value and brand identity.
Although the product had not launched during my time with the company, my contributions laid the foundation for Terrashroom’s market entry. I transformed the brand from a pre-launch concept into a recognizable, professional presence with a cohesive identity and growing community awareness. By combining design skills with strategic marketing and cross-functional collaboration, I helped Terrashroom step confidently toward launch.
